Heilongjiang Province successfully hosted the 1st Riyuexia Cup Clap Fitness Dance Competition

Start a new style of fitnessandcreate a Long Jiang fitness brand! The Riyuexia Cup Clap Fitness Dance competition debuted in Wanda Mao Plaza, Songbei District, Harbinon September 15th, 2018.

The purpose of this competition is to fully utilize the functional fitness characteristics of the Dance, enrich the way of fitness for Longjiang people,better play the leading role in scientific fitness, and implement the new strategy of "a combination of health and fitness", and strive to build the Longjiang national fitness brand.

From August 21st to September 10th, a total of 21 teams, which were selected through the preliminary competition participated in the finals. At the opening ceremony, Heilongjiang Satellite TV, Russian and Japan Riyuexia Clap Fitness Dance Teams, Harbin Xiangfang District Disabled League Team performed the sunset version of the RiyuexiaFitness Dance.

The final started with more than 8000 people dancing sunset version. There are more than 150 teams with over 20,000 people, directly led to an involvement of 100,000 people, impacting 300,000 dance practitioners nationwide and internationally.

The Provincial Sports Bureau and relevant government departments at all levels paid special attention to this competition and strongly supported it. Mr. Yang Mengfrom the organizing companies provided the on-site guidance and announced the opening and closing of the competition. “National Health, National Prosperity!” The president of Heilongjiang Sun-moon Canyon (Riyuexia) Forest Tourism Group Co., Ltd., Liu Shanglin gave a speech at the opening ceremony. Representing the organizing committee of this competition,he expressed his sincere gratitude to the local government authorities, all participating guests and teams. He explained the origins of the competition and original intentions, introduced the process of creating the Fitness Dance and how well it was received and welcomed in a short period of two years with good fitness effects. With a strong sense of national self-confidence and mission, he said that under the great goal of completing the national fitness program, we will promote the fitness dance throughout the countryto benefit the general population. He said that he will continue to develop and improve the dance, to expand the scope of adaptability, so that different groups of people can benefit from it. For example, he is designing the one for young people.He called on everyone to work together to complete the dream of national prosperity.

It is said that the Riyuexia Fitness Dance has the functional value to the national fitness activities. It combines the essence of traditional Chinese medicine and the principles of forest yoga fitness, as well as the positive energy from the theme song, all of which deliver a good fitness effect. Especially the promotions of the dance to more than 500,000 audiences are all charitable events. They helped the national scientific fitness activities, advocate good living attitudes and habits, and improve the health of general population. The final has thus become a review and report of scientific fitness results.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Li Fujun, Secretary of Harbin Xiangfang District Disabled Persons' Association, delivered a speech with gratitude. He thanked Chairman Liu Shanglin, Riyuexia Volunteers, and counselor of fitness dancers - a team full of positive energy and great love, for helping the deaf to learn the Riyuexia dance. The dance gave them a good body and healthy mind. They were able to appear on Harbin TV and the stage of last year's Spring Festival Eve in Heilongjiang Province. His speech was very touching and won warm applause.

Anna from the Russia team, the international student of Harbin Institute of Technology expressed their enthusiasm and love for the fitness dance. She said that we are willing to learn Chinese culture and provide mutual assistance, contributing to the international fitness activities in China. She also said that she would bring the fitness dance back to her hometown, so that family and friends can also enjoy health and happiness in the dance.

The competition set up a referee group and an arbitration team. The gathering of guests and friends is unprecedented. The atmosphere is lively and exhilarating. There are also participating teams' review activities and final competitions. They all showed the style of Riyuexia Fitness Dance.

24 teams from Russia, Japan, Beijing, Hainan, Harbin, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi and etc. marched forward and accepted the reviewsof the Competition Presidium and guests.

When the theme song of the Final started, the sky turned sunny all of a sudden. The blue sky, white cloud and sportswear with a combination of white, red and blue are accompanied by the Wandamao theme park and the slides shows. The audience is immersed in the theme song "Happy and beautiful!"

When the 24 team members showed up with smiles and good spirits, they used the exuberant and exhilarating dance to display the great love of Riyuexia, and showed the joy of scientific fitness with the rhythm of the clapping dance. When the competition is over, the audience is eager to try and learn the dance, completingone of the five themes of the event.

After fierce competition, Hegang City Team won the Heilongjiang Provincial Championship, 10,000 RMB bonus and a trophy. Siping City Mass Art Museum dance teamwon the non-provincial Championship and also received 10,000 RMB Bonuses and a trophy.Jiamusi Riyuexia Clap Fitness Square Dance Club and the Qiqihar Forest Yoga Health Center won the second place with prizes of RMB 5,000 yuan and trophies. Jian Sanjiang Farm, Tieli Farm Riyue Gorge Clap Fitness Square Dance Team and Harbin Forest Yoga Health Center team won the third place, awarded a prize of RMB 3,000 and a trophy.

The following awards will be awarded trophies and prizes: The winner of the Best International Performance Award is the Russian Amur Youth Culture Exhibition Team and theRiyuexia Clap Fitness Dance Japan Team; the Best Performance Award winner is Harbin Deaf “The Dragon Dance”Clap Dance Team; the Best Organization Award was won by the Daqing City Deaf-Mute Art Team and the Mudanjiang RiyuexiaClap Fitness Dance Team; the Best Innovation Award was presented to the Hongxinglong Riyuexia Clap Fitness Dance team and the representative team of Harbin Xinyi and Xingmei Yoga Gymnasium; the Spiritual Appearance Award was awarded to the Beijing, Hainan, Bei'an and Yichun teams; the outstanding performance winner was the Tieli Clap Fitness Dance Team, Daqing Riyuexia Clap Fitness Square Dance Team, Nenjiang County Clap Dance Club Team, Qitaihe Forest Yoga Health Center Team, Langxiang Forest Yoga Health Center Team, Heihe Riyuexia Clap Fitness Dance Club team, Suihua Beilin District Daily Clap Dance Club Team, Fujin RiyuexiaClap Dance Association Team, Special Contribution Award winners are Harbin Forest Yoga Health Center, Harbin Xinyi Forest Yoga Health Center, Harbin Xingmei Forest Yoga Center, Harbin Nangang Forest Yoga Studio, Harbin Xuejia Forest Yoga Health Center, Harbin Red Dance alliance.

The committee also invited the Sports Health and Humanities College of Harbin Institute of Physical Education to take the lead in free physical fitness assessment and fitness guidance for the participating players. The committee is also committed to collecting big data to analyze the daily and future training of the Riyuexia Clap Fitness Dance on disease prevention and health promotion. It also took active role in facilitatingmore in-depth scientific research on the sports rehabilitation mechanism and special effects of this project.
